Residential Asphalt Shingle Roof Replacement

Asphalt shingle roofs are the most common type of roof for Colorado homes. They offer strong performance, a wide range of styles, and options for different budgets.

We replace asphalt shingle roofing systems on single-family homes. Our team will inspect your existing roof, identify areas of concern, and help you determine whether replacement is appropriate.

Storm Damage Roof Replacement

Hail and high winds can damage a roof even when the damage is difficult to see from the ground.

If you think your home may have been affected by a recent storm, start with a free roof inspection. We’ll inspect your roof for signs of damage and explain what we find.

If an insurance claim is involved, our team can also help you understand the roofing portion of the process and provide the documentation needed for your project.

How our process works

The Thrive Way

Replacing a roof is a big home project. We’ve built our process to make it easier to understand what happens next.

Free Roof Inspection

We start with a free roof inspection and an honest assessment of what we find, using detailed photo reports with aerial imaging and CAD technology to provide precise roof measurements.

Our team will carefully document your roof’s condition, determine the materials and labor needed, and develop a detailed project scope.

If your project involves an insurance claim, your Thrive Roofing Specialist will help you understand the process, coordinate with your insurance adjuster, and review the approved estimate to ensure the scope of work is complete.

Whether you’re working with insurance or paying directly, we’ll make sure you understand the project details and what to expect next.

After providing color samples, Thrive will assist you in selecting the manufacturer, product line, shingle color, flashing color, gutter color, and drip edge color for your roof structures.

Once your paperwork is complete, our team prepares your project for construction. We review measurements, photos, and field notes to confirm the correct materials, scope of work, and compliance with local codes and manufacturer requirements before ordering materials from our supplier.

All Thrive customers will receive a Prepare Your Home Checklist so you are ready for your roof installation.

The checklist covers what to do before, during, and after installation, including:

1. Attention to siding and surrounding surfaces
2. Consideration of roof-related home features such as skylights, vaulted ceilings, exposed rafters, and furnace vents
3. Potential impacts related to weather
4. Coordinating solar panels or other roof-mounted equipment
5. Permits/inspections

Our roofing team installs your new roof. We complete our 10-Point Installation Inspection process, ensuring quality control at every step. During the roof build, we provide the following:

  • OSHA-certified jobsite with a crew supervisor on-site
  • Compliant with all local permits and codes
  • Safe removal and disposal of all old roofing materials
  • Tarps, walkboards, and careful preparation to protect your property

We back our workmanship with the ThriveGuard Ten-Year Workmanship Warranty. Supported by the highest manufacturer certifications (including lifetime shingle warranties), Thrive offers the highest level of guarantee and provides a warranty certificate upon final payment. Thrive only collects full payment once your roof is built.
